Cherry Picker & Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator.
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Cherry Picker/Order Picker and Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker (UPS) and stand-up reach forklift.
- Pick, move, and stage products accurately according to customer orders and warehouse procedures.
- Operate equipment safely in aisles, racks, and designated warehouse areas.
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Store and retrieve products from various rack levels while maintaining product integrity.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and locations for accuracy.
- Perform inventory movements and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements for powered industrial trucks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse team members.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating a cherry picker/order picker and stand-up reach forklift required.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work at elevated heights.
- Warehouse, distribution, or material-handling experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday.
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Full-time.
Work Environment:
This is a fast-paced warehouse environment requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating powered industrial equipment. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
